The German Language Society members are dedicated
to expanding ours and others' knowledge of the German speaking world. We study
the language, culture and business environments of Germany, Austria, Switzerland
and Liechtenstein.

October 2008
- October 8: Tour of the Dallas Holocaust Museum
- We will meet with Mr.
Klaus Driessen and his students, as well as students from other classes, to
attend his tour of the Dallas
Holocaust Museum. Please
let your students know.
Meet in front of Trimble Hall at 2:00 p.m.
for carpooling or at 3:00 p.m. at the museum for the tour. For more information

- October 10: Congress-Bundestag Program Information
- Braden Kohn visits to discuss his year in Germany with
on the all-expenses-paid Congress-Bundestag program. He will visit courses.
- October 15: Kaffeeklatsch
- Kaffee, Klatsch und Kekse aus Europa.

12 noon.
- October 22: Deutsche Mahlzeit
- We’ll have Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Rotkohl, Brot, whatever the students
decide to eat!
